Shipping Method and Cost

Currently we use USPS, DHL as our main carrier and ship our products to most countries and areas that USPS can reach.

We will be at the lowest price and best quality service with each customer, No matter how many items you purchase per order, we only charge $15 for shipping. free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping Time

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received after 1pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. The couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. Delivery Time: normally 5-7 Business Days

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

Shipping Address

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

Tracking

The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

Acceptance of the Parcel

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but customer will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. A signature will be required from the recipient upon the item’s arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item will arrive safely into your possession. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can’t be signed or delivered.

It is the responsibility of the person who receives the parcel to examine the item prior to signing for its acceptance. If the carrier is authorized to leave the parcel without a signature, polooutletsale.com will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the item status upon arrival and inform us of any problem or damage within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that:

1. We have offered all the product pictures and size chart on our website. Please make sure you have chosen the size and color that you want. We do not accept the return of a product for refund or exchange if it is because of the wrong size or color that you have chosen.

2. Before returning, please email us first for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns will not be accepted.

Return policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
